If your order total is over $25.00, we'll ship it FREE to any location in the continental United States. Free Shipping offer applies only to orders shipped to the 48 continental US states. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands should select the RUSH SHIPPING option.
Orders less than $25.00 are shipped for a flat fee of $8.50.
Cherub-Shop.com ships via the best method for the items you have purchased. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. You can expect standard delivery within 10 business days of order completion. Rush shipping will normally arrive within 5 business days. If you need faster delivery, or a more specific delivery date, please contact us. We'll let you know if we can meet your deadline and inform you of additional shipping fees(if any).
Payment by check or money order is considered received upon the draft clearing our bank (normally 3-5 days of receipt). There is a $28.00 fee for returned checks.

We will cheerfully refund your purchase price (less shipping/handling charges) for any item you're not totally satisfied with. Please contact us prior to return for authorization. Please note that returned items must be in the same, new condition they arrived to you in. Should the package arrive with obviouse shipping damage, kindly file appropriate claims with the delivery service. This will speed up our ability to get the problem resolved. Please inspect damaged packages upon delivery! |
